Please prepare the following articles and include them in your initial email:

  • Vehicle year, make and model
  • Part number and model
  • Original purchase receipt
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of any identifying markings on the performance part

Our Customer Success Team can assist you with a return or exchange that was purchased. Any returns or exchanges must follow our "Returns and Exchanges" policy.
