Note: Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks when performing performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Pure Auto Performance LLC or www.PureAutoPerformance.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

Conditions of USE

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All software used on this site is the property Pure Auto Performance software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pure Auto Performance LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Pure Auto Performance LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Pure Auto Performance LLC may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, or other type of order with Pure Auto Performance, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will most likely be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be confirmed and shipped. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by email for immediate attention.

User Submissions

The personal information you submit to Pure Auto Performance is protected by our privacy policy. To the extent there is an inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern.

Ordering Procedure

If you order a product, your payment is processed almost immediately. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel an item that is not classified as special order, we will do our best to accommodate but do not guarantee cancelations after an order is placed.

Cancellations

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be canceled, these are classified as returns. Once your order has shipped, restocking fees will only apply if they are applicable. Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned. For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form.

We cannot guarantee a cancellation request will be processed after an order has been placed. Due to variables in logistics there is a chance your order will ship after a cancellation request is made.

Shipping Rates

The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout are estimates only. We encourage you to contact us for a special shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders(Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

Returns

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED/non special order item can be returned. Restocking fees may apply and inspection of the received return is necessary before confirmation of refund. This is dependent on the manufacture or vendor. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. Return request MUST be reported within 30 days of the shipped date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Vivid Racing warehouse are shipped via Fedex, UPS or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped directly from the manufacture or vendor may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Vivid Racing or the manufacture/vendor, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and restocking fees if applicable.

If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.

International Shipping

All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from Pure Auto Performance LLC or our affiliates are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through

Pure Auto Performance LLC or our affiliates may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

Pure Auto Performance LLC accepts Credit Cards, Paypal, Affirm, Amazon Pay, and Bank Transfers etc with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. Billing and Shipping information may need to be verified after your order is placed before capturing payment or processing your order. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

Warranty

Any applicable warranty is applied directly by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be facilitated by the manufacturer. Pure Auto Performance does not facilitate warranty claims and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Pure Auto Performance offers the option to purchase 3rd party warranty coverage provided by extended warranty. All warranty claims submitted with Extend Warranty are facilitated by Extend Warranty services.

Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacture and must be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of the stock part it is replacing.
